Welcome, and thank you for your interest in SportGrit, LLC ("SportGrit, LLC", "we", "us" or "our") and the SportGrit App which is a PAID app (the "App"), as well as all related apps, websites, networks, embeddable widgets, downloadable software, other mobile applications (including tablet applications), and other services provided by us and on which a link to this Privacy Policy (this "Policy") is displayed (collectively, together with the App, our "Service"). This SERVICE is provided by SportGrit, LLC at an initial and annual subscription cost and is intended for use as is. This Policy describes the information that we gather from you on the Service, how we use and disclose such information, and the steps we take to protect such information.

By downloading the app and using our Service, the user agrees to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

This Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the SportGrit, LLC Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meaning given to them in the SportGrit, LLC Terms of Use.

By authorizing us to connect with an Integrated Service, you authorize us to access and store your name, email address(es), date of birth, gender, current city, profile picture URL, and other information that the Integrated Service makes available to us, and to use and disclose it in accordance with this Policy. If you receive commercial email from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the email. You may also opt-out from receiving commercial email from us, and any other promotional communications that we may send to you from time to time, by sending your request to us by email at admin@sportgrit.com or by writing to us at the address given at the end of this policy. We may allow you to view and modify settings relating to the nature and frequency of promotional communications that you receive from us in user account functionality on the Service.

Please be aware that if you opt-out of receiving commercial email from us or otherwise modify the nature or frequency of promotional communications you receive from us, it may take up to ten business days for us to process your request, and you may continue receiving promotional communications from us during that period. Additionally, even after you opt-out from receiving commercial messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding the Service.

Account Deletion Process

1. Navigate to the "Menu" in the bottom tab of the app.
2. Inside the Menu, locate and tap on the "Settings" button.
3. Within the Settings, find the "Delete Account" option.
4. Upon confirmation, users will be navigated to a screen detailing the data that will be deleted.
5. This screen will display a summary of the information to be removed, including posts on feeds, personal details, and progress within the app.
6. Users will have the opportunity to review this information before proceeding.
7. Upon confirming the deletion, a bottom sheet will appear with a final confirmation.
8. The bottom sheet will include a "Yes, Delete My Account" button for users to click and proceed.
9. Users may also have the option to cancel the deletion if they change their mind.
10. Once the "Yes" button is clicked, the account will be permanently deleted, and users will be logged out of the app.
